Terms and conditions
- The promoters are Citizen New Homes Limited (marketing name Signature New Homes) and Citizen Housing Group Limited
- Open to UK residents only over the age of 18 from the opening date of the 23/04/26, any entries made before this date will be disregarded
- By entering the draw you are giving your consent for marketing information to be sent to you, unless you opt out and advise you wish your details to be removed from our database
- By entering the prize draw, all entrants agree to the our privacy policy displayed on our Signature New Homes website
- We will require your full name, contact number and email address as standard to enter into the draw
- Not open to employees of Citizen New Homes Limited or Citizen Housing Group Limited Employees, their families or anyone professionally connected with both companies
- The voucher will be issued up to 10 working days after the draw ends on the 08/05/26
- The voucher must be claimed within 7 days of being notified you are the winner (we will need confirmation your email address is correct before the voucher can be sent and proof of UK residency), if we receive no response from the winners email, the voucher will be given to another participant drawn after the 7 days have passed
- Maximum 1 entry per person
- No purchase necessary
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered
- By entering, you confirm you are eligible to do so and to claim the prize
- All entries must be made directly by the person entering the prize draw
- Entries will not be acknowledged or returned
- The closing date and time for entering the prize draw is 12pm on Friday the 8th of May, entries received after this time will not be put forward for the draw
- Only the winner will be contacted by the promoter, if you have not been contacted by the 12th of May, you have not won the prize advertised
